We would like to invite you to the Legal webinar “Economic Freedom Act: Perspectives and Challenges of an “Experimental Regulation” on June 18th.
The lecture will discuss innovation and regulation from the perspective of the Economic Freedom Act. The international experience and the role of the State in the intervention of the economic domain will be addressed.
We will address the perspectives and challenges for the construction of a regulation that encourages innovation and entrepreneurship and introduce the concept of “regulatory experimentation”, which at the same time causes a review and improvement of normative productions, also expands the accountability of regulatory bodies, bringing prominence for the results and impacts obtained from this regulation.
