To keep members up to date on current trends and delve deeper into relevant content, SWISSCAM holds meetings of eight committees in the areas of Legal, Human Resources, Communication and Marketing, Sustainability, Economics and Infrastructure, Supply Chain, Innovation and Taxation and Accounting.
The webinars held by the committees are open to the general public, members, and non-members. In-person meetings are exclusively for members. Both formats are free of charge.
Do I need to become a member of a committee to participate?
No, you don’t. The meetings are open, and you just need to confirm your attendance at the meeting you are interested in.
Can I register more than one person from my company?
Yes, you can. If your company is a member, all employees are considered members and can participate freely, with no limit on the number of people. Please note that in the case of in-person events, places are limited. Don’t wait until the last minute to register.
How often do meetings take place?
It depends on the committee and member demand. They can be monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly.
Do you have a schedule for the whole year?
No, we don’t. The schedule is built throughout the year, according to need and the most in-demand topics at the time. Speaker participation is voluntary, and everyone’s schedules need to be reconciled.
How do I receive invitations from the committees?
Just get in touch with our team and request your registration. Please note that the event schedule is also published in the events calendar on our website.
Is it possible to apply to give lectures at the committees?
Yes, it is. If you are a member, send your lecture suggestion to [email protected] with the title, synopsis, and brief description of the speaker. It will be shared with the committee coordinator, who is responsible for curating topics. Please note that lectures cannot be promotional/institutional in nature, but rather informative. In the case of the Legal Committee, it is only possible to apply to speak at the in-person meeting that takes place at the beginning of each year.
