Job Title: Business & Administration Intern
Location & Working mode:
- SAO Office – Vila Olímpia – São Paulo – SP
- 3x per week at office – 12:00 to 18:00
- R$ 2.200,00 per month
- Studying from the 2nd to the 6th semester
Administration & Office Support – Dependent on the assignment focus the tasks include the following:
Administration & Office Support
- Office & Onsite Support: prime contact for all office needs (supplier visits, IT support, office supplies, etc.)
- Meetings & Events: Support in planning / preparation incl. reservations, agenda, catering, invitations, preparation material, follow-up and debriefing
- SAOGM Duty Travel: support with OAL bookings, obtaining visa, hotel reservation
- Support the SAOGM management team as necessary (GM, GMC, GMD)
- Other duties as assigned, which may include duty travel.
- Americas Emergency Response Plan (contact information, plan distribution, coordinate training as needed, etc.)
Team Engagement
- Organize monthly team events/ employee engagement activities organize SAO Anchor Days & support BUE office activities
- CSR Community Lead (engage with regional/ global community, support organization of internal & external activities, engage employees and foster CSR focus within BU and beyond)
Required characteristics
- Discreet in handling of all confidential matters
- Natural communicator & relationship builder
- Self-motivated, proactive and independent working style
- Language skills: Portuguese, English + desirable Spanish, German
- Enrolled in graduate / post graduate program for Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Public Relations or related
