Between January 29 and February 1, CIOSP (São Paulo International Dental Congress) took place, the largest fair in the sector in the world.
SWISSCAM organized the already traditional Swiss Pavilion, which this year was attended by 6 large Swiss companies, in a record space of 408 m², namely: Curaprox, Bien-Air, Geistlich, Sulzer, Tornos Group and the startup NordendGlobal – Derec.
The startup’s representatives brought an unprecedented technology to the market, Derec, the first digital cloud system for diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of patients.
Concern for the environment was also encouraged at the fair, Curaprox presented the CuraCycle project in partnership with Amigo da Vez, an NGO that develops socio-educational activities for oral hygiene and dental care in underserved communities. The public that attended the CIOSP was able to take away a collection box to carry out the recycling of toothbrushes, toothpaste tubes and other oral hygiene plastic accessories.
The Swiss Pavilion was one of the most visited at the fair, after all Switzerland is a reference in the dentistry sector, as it has renowned companies that offer innovative, high quality products with after-sales assistance.
Every year the event is a great success and the number of participants only increases. “Companies feel a big difference when participating in the fair under the pavilion, instead of having a stand alone. The Swiss Pavilion brings more strength to the brands and reinforces the idea of high quality,” said SWISSCAM director Stefania Hertach.
Another difference is that in the Pavilion we offer a lounge with drinks and food, where it is possible to receive guests and network. This year, we also made available a private meeting room for companies to close their deals.
The 38th edition of CIOSP was the largest in its history, with more than 200 national and international exhibitors spread over 65 thousand m².
We thank the exhibiting companies and also the sponsors: Swiss International Air Lines and Elotrans Transportes Internacionais / Lamprecht.
